1. Create a Tech Pack

A tech pack contains all the information about your garment design, typically created by your designer. This includes the design model, fabric composition, GMS, print or embroidery vector files, and accessories. A tech pack is essential to the entire custom garment production process. A perfect tech pack should encompass every detail of your garment design, ensuring your manufacturer has a clear and accurate understanding of the product you wish to develop.

2. Make Samples

After discussing the design details, we’ll begin developing patterns, sourcing materials, and producing sample garments. Sample garments are essential before full production begins. During Mass Production

1. Bulk Fabric Procurement

We purchase your selected fabric from our suppliers. Upon receipt, we inspect each meter of fabric and then pre-shrink it. This prevents excessive shrinkage from affecting the garment’s dimensions.

2. Size Grading and Pattern Updates

The pattern maker will grade the original sample pattern, and then a professional craftsman will mark and print it using a large-scale printer.

3. Fabric Laying and Cutting

Workers unroll rolls of fabric and lay them flat on a cutting bed. Then, using a cutting machine, they cut the approximate outline according to the printed pattern. A garment typically consists of several to dozens of parts. Once cut, the pieces are bundled and grouped according to size.

The blades on the cutting machine are long and sharp, and once started, there’s no room for modification. This step is extremely dangerous and requires a high level of experience. 4. Printing & Embroidery

If an error occurs, only one cut piece needs to be replaced, significantly reducing costs compared to replacing the entire garment.

5. Sewing

Finally, we arrive at the exciting sewing stage, where workers assemble the pieces of fabric into a complete garment. Labor is typically divided based on individual strengths: some sew the sleeves, while others join the collar to the main body of the garment.

6. Quality Control
